Grief and bereavement can be sensitive topics, and how each individual responds to, and recovers from loss, can depend upon a variety of factors, such as the bereaved person’s relationship to the deceased, and their upbringing or beliefs. However, without appropriate treatment, individuals may battle grief and bereavement for many years to come, and it can be incredibly debilitating.
